Requests for RMA for returns and exchanges are requested through this form as well as notification for items which arrived damaged or defective.

  • Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery
  • Once issued, RMA is valid for 14 days and expires afterwards
  • Only items which are unused with all original packaging can be returned for exchange or refund
  • Used products may not be returned
  • All shipping costs are customers responsibility
  • Damaged or Defective items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Damaged/Defective policies apply for these items.
