Demonstrable knowledge in the following

• PHP 5.3 Object Oriented Concepts
• MySql 5
• Javascript
• jQuery or Protoype libraries
• PHPdoc

The following are not neccesarry but would be a plus

• PHPUnit
• XDebug
• Trac or Redmine Project Management
